ROAD rage generally comes as a shock, given how peaceful our country generally is. As such, any video claiming to show such violence happening locally tends to go viral rapidly.
Recently, a video of a motorcyclist screaming at a car and smashing a side window with his helmet went viral and it was claimed that it shows a phailing driver being attacked in Kajang, Selangor.
Is this true?

The attack was confirmed by Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Naazron Abdul Yusof, who said that a report was lodged by a p-hailing driver on Aug 22.
He said that in the report, the driver had stated that he was verbally abused, threatened, and had his vehicle's window broken by an unidentified individual
"Acting on the information, police arrested a man on the same day and confiscated the weapon (a helmet) used by the suspect during the incident," said ACP Naazron.
"The suspect is currently remanded for four days until Aug 26. The case is being investigated under Sections 427 and 506 of the Penal Code," he added.
