Port Dickson OCPD Supt Maslan Udin confirmed the incident, saying that a 39-year-old man had been arrested following investigations.
He also revealed that the incident happened at around 2.15pm on Sunday (Oct 20) at the Kampung Arab, Shell Gate traffic light junction heading towards Kampung Gelam.
