Four people were injured, one seriously, when a canopy used for selling firecrackers caught fire in Kampung Batu 9, Pekan Sabak Bernam, near here early today.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department Assistant Director (Operations) Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said a team was sent to the scene after receiving a distress call at 1.08am.
On arrival, he said, the team found the fire at the 40-square-foot canopy already extinguished.
