Roundup: Italy cautious as coronavirus infection rates rise in parts of Europe

ROME, July 27 (Xinhua) -- About 10 weeks after Italy started loosening the country's national coronavirus lockdown, it is preparing to tighten them again on a small scale, the latest precautions after infection rates began to rise again in some parts of Europe.

In Italy, the pandemic remains largely under control. On Monday, the country reported 170 new daily infections, and five deaths from COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus.
