U.S. agricultural futures close mixed

CHICAGO, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) agricultural futures closed mixed on Friday, with corn and wheat rising and soybean falling.

The most active corn contract for December delivery rose 1.25 cents, or 0.37 percent, to close at 3.405 U.S. dollars per bushel. December wheat rose 6.5 cents, or 1.23 percent, to settle at 5.35 dollars per bushel. November soybean dropped 0.5 cents, or 0.06 percent, to close at 9.0475 dollars per bushel.
