Lao gov't urges people to stay vigilant against COVID-19

VIENTIANE, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- The Lao Ministry of Health on Thursday urged people to remain vigilant against the coronavirus, even though no new COVID-19 case has been reported for 13 days.

The National Taskforce Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control has urged authorities and people to remain vigilant and adapt to new normal to prevent the spread of the virus, according to a statement from the ministry.
