Man fatally shoots pedestrian for allegedly ‘walking too slowly’

ALABAMA, US (ANN): A 22-year-old man has been charged with capital murder after fatally shooting a pedestrian several times because the latter apparently walked too slow as he crossed the road.

Jeremiah Wesley Penn initially fled the scene after killing 29-year-old Johnarian Travez Allen on the night of Aug 27 in Alabama, USA, as per NBC affiliate WSFA on Aug. 28.
