Global IT company HPE to move headquarters to U.S. Texas

HOUSTON, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Tuesday announced that global information technology company Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) will relocate its global headquarters in Texas.

According to a release from the governor's office, HPE is going to move its headquarters to Spring of Texas from San Jose in California, building upon the company's established presence in the state of Texas. Spring is about 40 kilometers north of downtown Houston,
