BAGHDAD, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Minister of Energy Reza Ardakanian on Tuesday confirmed that his country will resume full natural gas exports to Iraq after reducing the supplies due to unpaid bills, which caused an acute electricity shortage in Iraq.
