Brazilian agribusiness exports grow 4.1 pct in 2020

RIO DE JANEIRO, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Brazil's agribusiness exports, one of the mainstays of the economy, grew 4.1 percent in 2020 compared to the year before, topping 100 billion U.S. dollars for the second time on record, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply said on Tuesday.

Agribusiness exports last year totaled 100.806 billion U.S. dollars, the second-highest figure since hitting 101.17 billion U.S. dollars in 2018, the ministry said in a statement.
