Ivory Coast sentences former PM Soro to life imprisonment for plotting coup

ABIDJAN (Reuters) - An Ivory Coast court on Wednesday sentenced former prime minister Guillaume Soro to life imprisonment in absentia on charges he plotted a coup against President Alassane Ouattara.
