MADRID (Reuters) - Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez appointed a new foreign minister but retained his economy minister in a cabinet reshuffle on Saturday.

Jose Manuel Albares was named foreign minister, while Isabel Rodriguez will become the new government spokesperson and territories minister.
