Coronavirus: Albania lifts ban on mass gatherings


TIRANA, April 1 (Xinhua) -- The Technical Committee of Experts advising the government of Albania on the coronavirus pandemic said on Friday that the epidemiological situation in the country was "stable" and therefore the ban on mass gatherings would be lifted.

The decision was announced jointly by the head of the committee and Deputy Health Minister Mira Rakacolli.
