HELSINKI, April 25 (Xinhua) -- The government of Finland on Monday published its national strategy for sustainable development until 2030. Prepared by a task force chaired by Prime Minister Sanna Marin, the strategy aims at creating a healthy Finland that secures the sustainable use of natural resources in a globally responsible way.
Sami Pirkkala, secretary general of the task force, underlined in a press release the need to "create confidence in our ability to impact the future." It is the "joint task of the entire Finnish society to build a worthwhile future," Pirkkala said.
