Rwanda unveils conservation campus to promote biodiversity of endangered mountain gorillas

KIGALI, June 7 (Xinhua) -- Rwanda on Tuesday inaugurated the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund on the outskirts of Volcanoes National Park in Kinigi sector, Musanze district in the northern province.

The construction of the multimillion-dollar facility that sits on a 12-acre (about 4.9 hectares) land was funded by the celebrated American television host Ellen DeGeneres and her spouse Portia de Rossi.
