Annual cross-Strait film show finishes tour in Taiwan

TAIPEI, June 22 (Xinhua) -- The 13th cross-Strait film exhibition finished its tour in Taiwan Wednesday with six mainland films, including the 2021 blockbuster "Cliff Walkers" screened in Taipei.

The spy thriller by acclaimed director Zhang Yimou was screened as the opening film of the exhibition in Taipei. Other mainland films brought to the island included the 2019 animated fantasy "White Snake" and "The Old Town Girls."
