Ghana expects to reach agreement with bilateral creditors in coming weeks

ACCRA (Reuters) - Ghana expects to reach agreement with bilateral creditors in coming weeks, Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta said on Sunday, adding that it was in the process of getting a memorandum of understanding with the creditors.
