U.S. dollar ticks up


NEW YORK, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar advanced in late trading on Tuesday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, went up 0.67 percent to 104.807 at 3:00 p.m. (1900 GMT).
