Business heir Noboa declares victory in Ecuador presidential race

QUITO (Reuters) - Business heir Daniel Noboa on Sunday declared victory in Ecuador's presidential race, after his rival, leftist Luisa Gonzalez, conceded.

Noboa was tallying more than 52% of the vote, while Gonzalez had about 48%, with nearly 90% of ballot boxes counted.
