Urgent: Brazil to join OPEC+ in 2024: OPEC

VIENNA, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said on Thursday that Brazil will join OPEC+, an oil-producer group comprising OPEC and its allies, starting January 2024.
