RAMALLAH -- The Israeli forces pulled out on Thursday from the northern West Bank city of Jenin and its refugee camp, ending three days of a large-scale military operation, Palestinian security sources said.

JERUSALEM -- Israeli leaders told U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan on Thursday that Israel will continue its military offensive in the Palestinian enclave of Gaza Strip, despite the international calls for a ceasefire.

SANAA -- Yemen's Houthi rebels on Thursday claimed a drone attack on an Israel-bound cargo ship in the Red Sea.

BAGHDAD -- The Iraqi authorities announced on Thursday that the country's security forces arrested some of those involved in an attack on the U.S. embassy in Baghdad last week.
Yahya Rasoul, the military spokesman of Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani, announced in a press conference that "after an intensive intelligence effort, our security services managed to identify the perpetrators, as preliminary information showed that some of them were linked to some security services."
