U.S. dollar ticks down


NEW YORK, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar weakened in late trading on Friday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, lost 0.02 percent to 103.936 at 3:00 p.m. (2000 GMT).
