ROME, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- Five bodies recovered from the hull of the Beyers yacht, which sank in a storm on Monday, have been identified, with one person still missing, according to Italian media.

The identity of the fifth body retrieved Wednesday was confirmed as Mike Lynch, a British tech giant founder. The other four victims are confirmed as Jonathan Bloomer, non-executive chief of Morgan Stanley International, his wife Judy Bloomer, the lawyer Chris Morvillo and his wife Neda Morvillo.

The only person still missing is Hannah, the 18-year-old daughter of Mike Lynch. The search for the girl inside the hull has continued all day and will resume Friday morning.

The 56-meter ship was anchored near the shore of Porticello on the southern Italian island of Sicily when it was hit by a severe storm.

Fifteen of the 22 passengers and crew members were immediately rescued, with eight of them rushed to local hospitals. The body of one crew member was quickly found near the spot where the boat went down.

Rescue efforts were hindered by severe weather and the unusual positioning of the sunken yacht. Despite with the help of a remote-controlled undersea search robot, the divers had trouble accessing the inside of the ship until Wednesday.
