Crude futures settle lower


NEW YORK, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Thursday.

The West Texas Intermediate for November delivery decreased 2.02 U.S. dollars, or 2.9 percent, to settle at 67.67 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for November delivery dropped 1.86 dollars, or 2.53 percent, to settle at 71.6 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
