BEIRUT -- An Israeli airstrike on Thursday hit a building housing the Hezbollah media office in the Mouawad area of Beirut's southern suburbs, local TV channel al-Jadeed reported.

BEIRUT -- Lebanese Health Minister Firas Abiad reported on Thursday that a total of 1,974 people have been killed, including 127 children and 261 women, and 9,384 others wounded in Lebanon since the onset of the Hezbollah-Israeli conflict in October last year.

JERUSALEM -- Israel's military announced on Thursday that it eliminated Mahmoud Yusef Anisi, a senior advisor for Hezbollah's precision-guided missile manufacturing project.

RAMALLAH -- At least 18 Palestinians were killed and many others wounded in an Israeli airstrike targeting the Tulkarm refugee camp in the northern West Bank on Thursday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a brief statement.

Israeli warplanes launched a raid on a cafe in the al-Hamam neighborhood in the Tulkarm camp, Palestinian security sources said. Faisal Salama, coordinator of the Palestinian factions in Tulkarm, told Xinhua that there were a large number of casualties. (West Bank-Israel-Attack)
