SARAJEVO, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- Two minors have been arrested in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)'s Sarajevo Canton for allegedly making false bomb threats at schools and other facilities in the area.

According to police, the arrests were made on Wednesday. A joint investigative team, including police officers and cybersecurity experts from the Federal Police Department, is working on the case.

Earlier this week, another minor suspected of making over 40 false bomb threats in Sarajevo schools was handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office.

The repeated false alarms have led to school closures, with classes either postponed or moved online, although all the threats were eventually proved to be fake.
