(Reuters) - President Joe Biden will depart on Thursday for a trip to Germany, after rescheduling a visit last week because of Hurricane Milton striking the U.S., the White House said on Wednesday.

Biden had been originally scheduled to travel to Germany and to Angola. Speaking during a regular press briefing, White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre said that the Angola visit had been rescheduled for the first week of December.
