Crude futures settle higher

NEW YORK, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices climbed on Thursday.

The West Texas Intermediate for December delivery added 67 cents, or 0.93 percent, to settle at 72.36 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for January delivery went up 71 cents, or 0.95 percent, to settle at 75.63 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
