MONTERIA, Colombia (Reuters) - President Gustavo Petro, Colombia's first leftist leader, promised his government would acquire 3 million hectares (7.4 million acres) of land for victims of the country's six-decade conflict, to meet the terms of a 2016 peace deal with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
It has not proved easy.
