SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol will visit Peru and Brazil on Nov. 14-21 to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and Group of 20 summits, his office said on Tuesday.

Yoon will attend the APEC conference in Lima from Thursday, where he is likely to hold bilateral talks with Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba and Chinese President Xi Jinping and potentially a trilateral meeting with Ishiba and U.S. President Joe Biden, a senior official at Yoon's office said.

Yoon is also scheduled to pay an official visit to Peru on Saturday and hold a summit with President Dina Boluarte, before leaving for Brazil the following day for the G20 gathering.

Seoul was making arrangements for additional bilateral talks with the leaders of Vietnam, Mexico and other countries to be held on the sidelines of both conferences, the official said.
