South Korea blacklists 11 individuals, 15 entities linked to Russia-North Korea military ties

SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korea has blacklisted 11 individuals and 15 entities linked to illicit military cooperation between North Korea and Russia, Seoul's foreign ministry said on Tuesday.
