The pros and cons of covering state elections


AFTER a long period of candidate speculation and two intense weeks of campaigning, the Selangor state election (along with those of five other states) is finally over.

While I cannot speak for other media personnel, I can say that my teammates and I are happy that the state elections are over and we can go back to our “regular programming” of covering local council matters and other happenings in the Klang Valley.
