Then there’s all the non-weather-related factors that can sour anyone’s sunny disposition: recent nail-biting state elections and the gloomy analyses afterwards, the ongoing gravity-defying price of every-thing, the seemingly contradictory stance of a so-called reformist government especially when it comes to freedom of speech.
