Talent pool is lacking

I AGREE with former badminton doubles great Datuk Tan Yee Khan that there is an urgent need for the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) to immediately look into what lies after Datuk Lee Chong Wei, as the future looks scary indeed not only in badminton but also in most other sports.

As a former national sportsman, I am a firm believer in talent nurturing and development. Malaysian sports in general is weak in talent development. Most sports associations want immediate results.
