I WISH to congratulate the Performance Management and Delivery Unit (Pemandu) of the Prime Minister’s Department and its director of Anti-Corruption National Key Result Area, Ravindran Devagunam, for openly admitting that “what we have done is not enough to combat corruption more effectively (The Star, July 11).
There has been a tendency in the past to say that the government is doing its best to fight corruption. Now we know it’s not quite correct to make this claim.
