Simple way to prevent bus accidents

FATAL express bus accidents have become such a regular feature in Malaysia that it is time we take affirmative action to deal with the carnage and prevent more children from being orphaned and families from losing their breadwinners. Forget about holding inquiries. The numerous inquiries after many major bus accidents have given similar answers but so far little has been done to address the issue.
