WE refer to the letter “Not wise to overcharge for water” (The Star, June 16) by Dr Siow Ang Yen of Kota Tinggi, Johor in which, he expressed his dissatisfaction on a minimum charge for SAJ water bills.
SAJ Holdings (SAJ) is the water operator that is responsible for the production and distribution of treated water to consumers right up to the meters in Johor.
