Call to resolve soup kitchen issue

I AM glad that good sense and compassion has prevailed among all the parties involved to resolve the soup kitchen issue.

As someone who supports all compassionate causes, I was very concerned when the NGOs were told by the authorities not to continue feeding the homeless within a 2km-radius from Lot 10 due to health and sanitation issues as well as the city’s image.
