I AM in a dilemma after reading the report “Electric fences and spike pits – are they legal?” (The Star, Oct 1) as some houses in my neighbourhood have been broken into despite adequate conventional security locks.
Fortunately, in most cases, the occupants were not at home at the time of the break-in.
