A COMPLAINT to the state Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry and the state Customs Department over not getting a receipt for buying 65 sen worth of sweets, “Senior officer bitter over no receipt for sweets” (The Star Penang, July 21)?

What’s this supposedly educated and high-ranking official trying to prove? Another holier-than-thou attitude which has irked many a moderate Malaysian?
