Pleased with service at Immigration

ON a recent trip with my family to the immigration office at the PKNS Complex in Shah Alam to renew our Malaysian passports, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements there. The staff were very efficient and explained things politely and clearly and patiently helped people with various problems. The waiting time was reasonable and we were able to get our new passports on the same day. The passports too were enhanced with more security features, making forgery very difficult. I congratulate all those involved in bringing about these pleasant changes.

To further increase efficiency, I suggest the department starts accepting credit cards for payment as only cash is accepted at the moment.
