Right reasons for clamping or towing cars

Photo sent in to Letters to the Editor by Y.S. Chan of Kuala Lumpur

Like most law-abiding motorists, I am annoyed by the sight of vehicles that are double parked or obstructing traffic and love to see them towed away. However, I do not support clamping to punish illegal parking when the vehicles are not obstructing anyone.
