OUR politicians are at it again. Purportedly an adherence to democratic principles has led to a preoccupation with devising ways and means to change the government of the day, wholly ignoring the problems and difficulties currently affecting the populace.
Political stability has been a bastion of Malaysia’s progress since the nation rose from the ashes of racial and political toxicity manifested in the 1969 riots on May 13; stability has attracted significant foreign investments over the years that have helped to make us a “tiger” in the region.
