Calling on water company to be more efficient

I AM a resident of Taman Lucky, Bangsar, where water supply interruptions have been fairly frequent of late. In 2022, the number of times we suffered the inconvenience of having dry taps inclusive of the scheduled disruptions is in the double digits. Is it normal for water cuts to be this frequent in a locality like affluent Bangsar?

Any rational person will say it isn’t, and that water distribution breakdowns, especially the unscheduled ones, should occur perhaps only once in two years or maybe less.
