Impose ban on disruptive passengers


AS a safety measure, airlines should seriously consider imposing a ban on passengers who have been charged and convicted of being disruptive on international flights. The ban should be for a stipulated period of time.

The incident on board Malaysia Airlines flight MH122 from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur on Aug 14, when the aircraft had to turn back after two hours flying due to a disruptive passenger, is an eye-opener.
