Education Ministry guidelines ease parent’s concern


BEING a parent, I was initially concerned about the Education Ministry’s Palestine Solidarity Week for schools, and more so after seeing some of the images posted on social media that showed elements of extremism.

But after reading the guidelines from the Education Ministry and the explanation given by its minister Fadhlina Sidek, I am now more amenable to the programme.
