PENSIONERS must have heaved sighs of relief after reading the report “M’sia in need of pension reforms, says Anwar” (The Star, June 5).

Many had been shocked when their 2% yearly increment was withdrawn after the Federal Court declared the Pensions Adjustment (Amendment) Act 2013 as null and void on June 27 last year.
