Expecting better service after tariff increase


WATER tariffs for domestic users in Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territory of Labuan saw an average increase of 22 sen per cubic metre from Feb 1 this year.

But more than six months after the tariff adjustment, consumers are still waiting for positive changes in the water supply and quality of service.
