Accountability for delayed flights

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree with the sentiments expressed by Datuk Mah Hang Soon in the report “Dr Mah: Hold airlines accountable for delayed flights” (The Star, Aug 17).

I, with my family and friends, travelled to Kota Baru from Subang on Aug 16. The flight was initially scheduled to depart at 9.50am, but we were advised of a delay until 10am and a further delay to 10.20am, before it was revised to 10.15am.
