Wrong to ban repeated daily buying of petrol


I REFER to the report “Govt to revoke fleet card privileges for misuse, smuggling” (The Star, Aug 20).

After reading the report, I immediately called my go-to fuel provider to ask about the ban on repeated daily purchases of RON95 as stated by Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry enforcement deputy director general (Operations) Shamsul Nizam Khalil.
